I am responsible for overseeing the implementation of design processes that incorporated technology to enhance user experiences within the built environment. In an agile environment, I took the lead in developing mobile and web responsive designs for the Koloni software, as well as customizing white-label solutions for our partners. My role also involves improving the flows, information architecture, wireframing, and overall user experience of the Koloni apps. To achieve this, I conducted user research to gain insights into user flows and content strategies, allowing me to revamp the existing software. I worked closely with developers and project managers to define product requirements and ensure the successful implementation of the designs. Additionally, I play a key role in creating branding materials and collateral for Koloni services.
